Bulb tipped flex fin tunnel combination on D 11-9 hollow wooden longboard
Reposted by popular request, this was the first time out testing the bulb tipped flex fin/10 inch tunnel combination on the trusty D 11-9 . . . and yes I was stalling via a low line so that I didn't run the kneelo over !The board is very fast, and none of the other boards out there even got a look at making the sections . There are section making techniques being used which involve some stalling and drifting into the whitwater, a bit too subtle to explain, also the board is surfing away from the camera, in fact we deleted half of some of the rides as they went so far down the line that the rider could hardly be seen . . .. about 400 to 500 metres when the others were getting 50 or 60 if they were lucky. . . they just could not connect those sections together !
