Born on March 31, 1988 Otsuka competitive highlight is taking 5th place at the Haleiwa international in 2007. Surfing for Seven years now, his main sponsors are D'Arcy surfboards, BROS surf shop, Amsterdam wetsuits and Ace One training gym. His favorite board is a 5'11 J09 Pit Pro model and he says is goes really well and is SUPER FAST!! Otsuka is on his way to Bali tomorrow to compete at Keramas Here he is with his new Bali weapon!
